Return Policy and Exchanges

With the exception of any items we create specifically for you, goods are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. Where Goods are returned out of this 14 day period, but within the period of 30 days from the date of delivery, such Goods may be exchanged.
Kindly note that does not accept exchanges or refunds on any special or customized orders.

Try your purchase in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send it back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange.

  • Pack carefully in a small padded envelope
  • Include a note explaining the reason for return & your desired outcome
  • Goods must be returned by Registered Mail at your local post office or a courier service with a tracking service.
  • DO NOT USE FEDEX as this is expensive and will attract a custom duty which will be billed to you.
  • Include the following customs declaration on outside of envelope. Please state clearly: “VAT No: IE8Z57922N. Item returned to store of original purchase for exchange/repair.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if worn.

We will resize free of charge your purchased ring if it is within plus or minus 1 size. Please note you may incur shipping charges.

Where does not accept exchange or refunds on a product, this will be highlighted in the long description of the product and will also be highlighted in your shipping/dispatch details.

Returns that do not meet our policy/standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Saleable conditions includes: the product must be returned in the original box, with no wear/tear on the product. If price labels or tags were on the product upon sale, please ensure these are kept intact if you wish to return. As Limited Items are highly collectible, please only remove protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your account.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
